Teds Farm Camping

We had a fantastic first camping trip here as a family. Our 4-year-old absolutely loved the playground and had a great time playing football and Cricket in the open spaces. The farm shop is a real gem, with friendly staff and delicious fresh pastries available each morning. The whole site was clean, welcoming, and had a lovely atmosphere. We’re so glad we chose Ted’s Farm for our first family camping experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic clean and well kept site. Shower block is quite small but immaculately clean with good proper, hot showers. Staff are very helpful and always seem to have a smile for you. I understand that planning permission is being sought to make the shower block a lot bigger, to hopefully include disabled facilities. I really hope this is granted as it would really enhance this wonderful site. Probably the best thing about Teds Farm is that the owners are always trying to improve what is already a great offer. Since our last visit, a year ago, the owners have invested in an absolutely fantastic kids play area. A good deal of thought must have gone into this as it's situated far enough away from the main pitches so as not to be too noisy for a grumpy old man like me. This is a really great site. The owners want to invest in it to make it even better. I'm sure there will be many industry awards coming their way soon.

We honestly can’t fault Ted’s Farm Camping. We’ve stayed at many campsites over the years, but this has quickly become one of our new favourites. The campsite is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. The pitches are a great size with plenty of room for your setup and parking, and the new park is brilliant for little ones to enjoy. Can’t wait for the bigger toilet & shower block! The farm shop is such an amazing addition too. It kept us stocked up with breakfast bits and cold drinks throughout the heatwave, which was so handy. To top it all off, our little boy absolutely loves tractors, so when the owner came around on their tractor handing out ice lollies to all the children, it completely made his day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one that really shows the care and effort that goes into making everyone’s stay special. We had the best time. In fact, from the moment we left today, our little boy hasn’t stopped asking when he can go back on his camping holiday! We loved it so much that we’ve already booked to come back in a few weeks. Thank you to everyone at Ted’s Farm Camping for such a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to return!

As cycle tourists we camped just one night in June but we found this site excellent. Quiet and peaceful in pretty surroundings. Spotless shower toilet block and very nice on site shop Liz was a great host, very friendly and helpful. There's a very children's playground too.
