Powdermill spreads across twenty-eight acres of woodland and meadow just outside Battle, trading on a secluded, informal feel that sets it apart from more regimented touring parks. Pitches nestle in quiet glades rather than uniform rows, and several coarse fishing lakes give the site genuine appeal beyond a simple overnight stop—many regulars return specifically for the angling. The park welcomes tents, touring caravans and motorhomes, with electric hook-ups on most pitches and a handful of glamping pods for those without their own kit.

Facilities are modern and well maintained, though some visitors note the site can feel a touch tired in places during busier periods. A small shop covers essentials, free Wi-Fi reaches main areas, and there's a playground for younger guests. Dogs are welcome across most of the park.
