The Fairway

Thanet offers beach access, coastal walks and a mix of seaside towns within easy reach. The Fairway occupies a quiet spot close enough to West Bay beach to reach it on foot, with parking for five cars and space to unwind in south-facing gardens. One dog stays free of charge.

This five-bedroom house accommodates up to twelve guests across three floors. Downstairs holds a living room with smart TV and patio doors onto the garden, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer included. Bedroom 1 has a double; Bedrooms 2 and 4 each hold a super king and a single; Bedroom 3, accessed through Bedroom 2, has two singles and a pull-out cot; Bedroom 5 opens onto a balcony with views across to Birchington and the sea. Three bathrooms serve the property: one ensuite with shower, one with a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet. The house comes with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating as standard. For families bringing young children, there is a travel cot, highchair and stairgates available.

Gardens are enclosed with gates to secure the space, and a patio with furniture and BBQ sits on the south side where evening sun lingers. An electric vehicle charging point and bike store are on site. The property is non-smoking, and not suitable for hen or stag parties.
