The Old Mill House

Welcombe Mouth beach lies under a mile away, reached on foot through open farmland that rolls toward the coast. The village pub, thatched and family-friendly, is a short walk in the other direction. Clovelly's cobbled streets and tiny harbour are a short drive, as is Bideford with its harbour history. The location sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where the upstairs living room frames coastal views across both directions.

The Old Mill House sleeps six across two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with a double and two bunks for children. Downstairs holds a bathroom with corner bath and shower cubicle, kitchen with electric cooker and dishwasher, and two separate living spaces with TV and entertainment. Upstairs opens to views from the second living room. A private hot tub occupies the enclosed patio; beyond that, a large lawn includes a children's play area with swings, slide and play equipment. Parking for two cars is provided, and Wi-Fi and heating are included in the rental.

The property is non-smoking. Children's travel cots and highchairs are available on request, though the cot is a folding model without linen provided. Towels can be hired if needed.
