What visitors say
We didn't climb the tower, but enjoyed seeing it. Along with the tower there are panoramic views from the cliffs here to enjoy. There's also a well-stocked gift shop with very reasonable prices. There's also food and drink; the café was very popular, and there are plenty of seats available. We also liked the nature side of this attraction, and the Essex Wildlife trust information. There is parking which is a reasonable price too. Recommended.

First time visiting the naze tower itself, visited the area but never climbed the tower. This time we took the trip and my 12 year old enjoyed the adventure. The view was worth the climb, it was a quiet visitor day so no rushing. We had a good look around and watched as a cloudy mist blew in from the sea and quickly covered everything below, was quite fun to see.

A little gem, the view on the day we visited was stunning. The spiral staircase is quite narrow bit worth the effort and there some lovely works of art and bits of information on each level.

When I lived in the area in the 80s this was not open. Having opened after refurbishment in 2005 it has 8 floors climbing to 150 feet to give you a fantastic and very windy view of the Naze and a 20 mile unspoilt view of Felixtowe docks in the North round the estuary to Mersea in the South. With a cafe and local art on each floor it is a great balance of history and local culture and worth the £4.50 (£4 with consessions) to climb the narrow wrought iron staircase to the viewing gallery
