East Hoathly sits within reach of several draws: the village itself has a pub, café, shop and post office a short walk away, while Michelham Priory—a 14th-century moated house with medieval gardens—lies nearby. The Bluebell Railway runs through the Sussex countryside close by, and the South Downs offer hiking and walking routes across rolling hills and picturesque villages.

Oak is a single-bedroom glamping pod sleeping two, set on-site with its own parking space. The interior is open plan, with a kitchen area (gas hob and fridge for self-catering), a double bed (4ft 6in), and access to a walk-in shower and toilet in an external building 40 yards away. The pod sits on ground level but has three steps at the garden entrance. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

Outside, there's a front terrace with garden furniture, a firepit and barbecue for evening use. A shared washing-up facility with combi microwaves serves the other properties on site. The pod does not permit smoking. Arrival is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
