We recently celebrated my sister’s birthday at Campus West, and it was a very enjoyable and memorable event for everyone who attended. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the celebration went smoothly thanks to the support of a very kind and helpful staff member named Steve. Steve was extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. He made sure that everything was organised and that we were comfortable throughout the celebration. Whenever we needed help, he was always nearby and ready to assist us with a positive attitude. His kindness and patience made the whole experience much more enjoyable. What stood out the most was how thoughtful and supportive Steve was. He treated everyone with respect and made sure that the birthday celebration went well. Small things like checking if we needed anything and making sure everything was running properly showed how dedicated he was to helping us. Overall, the celebration at Campus West was a wonderful experience, and Steve played a big part in making it special. His helpfulness, kindness, and professionalism truly made a difference, and we are very grateful for the excellent service he provided. Steve is a great example of someone who goes above and beyond to help others.

I visited with my partner for the first time recently and just want to say how much I appreciated the friendly, welcoming atmosphere and how inclusive the space is. As members of the LGBTQ+ community, it was amazing to see such diversity in the crowd and everyone clearly felt very comfortable!! We will be back!

Went for skating lesson. Novices were put on rink with experienced skaters. I fell over and broke my wrist I was sat up put off rink, staff filled out accident form I was left to drive myself with a broken wrist to nearest urgent care and I was given a Ice pack to try reduce the swelling which was almost 5 years out of date. I now need metal plate put in off work for months with pretty much no income. Sally who runs the skating lesson isn't returning my emails nor are Roller city. Sally still as my skates as literally 5 mins before I fell she took my own brought skates off me and said I would do better with pair of roller city ones. Absolutely joke both Sally and Roller city are ignoring me. Aftercare is a joke shockingly terribly bad

Clean and up to date. Safe place for young kids and a good atmosphere. Staff are smiley and friendly. The music and light show are good without being over the top: meaning parents can sit and have a conversation if they are not participating. They offer discount rates for large groups but you have to book in advance.
