What visitors say
Very nice CAMC site. Pitches nice size. Grounds well looked after. Didn't use the toilet block or laundry but did look inside and they were spotless. Wardens very friendly and helpful. Good to know they sell basics such as eggs, milk. Good base to visit Brum. NT properties 15 minute drive away. Will definately be back, good stopover on way to the Lake District.

A nice place to stay, clean area, quiet. 10 minute walk from Wythall island where you can take bus no.50A to get to B'ham city centre or a minute walk from a bus stop for numbers 664,665 to change at Maypole shops for bus number 50. We really appreciated the cleanliness and the fact we could have a noce shower without water stopping all the time. Definitely a place we would come to again.

We always use Chapel Lane as a waypoint for longer journeys. There's a variety of good sized pitches, the facilities are clean. There's a small dog walk area and there's a good walk round the fields behind the church that runs along side the golf course. The staff are friendly and helpful. At the top end of the site there's a road that can be busy but has never bothered us when we have visited. It's close to the M42 & M5. So good access.

It's a nice wee site we have used as a stop over a couple times and it's very quiet. Pitches are nice and spacious but rules have changed and half of the site is adult only now. The toilet blocks are dated and need some renovations. Especially with the bug infestation. It seemed there were more bugs inside than outside. Trying to do my business on the toilet with ants crawling up my leg and getting dressed out the shower with beasties in my clothes. Staff are polite and helpful, be aware of late arrivals here. They shut up shop at 5pm and not sure what the options are.
