What visitors say
Absolute nightmare to drive around at night; large potholes and next to no lighting. For anyone staying in caravans off the main roads, you aren’t allowed to park on the grass, which means fighting for a space on the already cramped and carelessly parked upon roads, to then trek to the caravans. There’s not even a footpath to these caravans so when it’s wet, bring wellies. Disappointing for such a nice location.

We visited some friends at this Park. We had driven past before but never gone in. They have a lovely pitch , close to the main concrete road way but also quiet. Close to the Clubhouse but not so that would disturb your peace and quiet. There is a cafe with a considerable menu to suit all . There is a small convenience store and there are some lovely walks right on your doorstep. Just minutes away to the main village at Bracklesham , a lovely seafront a parade of shops , the beach is beautiful. There is a cafe there too. I think there are more developments ahead as there is evidence that additional units are being sited. There is room for more before it becomes crowded. The grass is well kept , the roads between the units are well maintained and I get the feeling that the staff and ground staff are very friendly. I love being down here, it's peaceful but not isolated. There are many new vans now on the site and the Clubhouse is under new management.

Exemplary and transparent service from Jane, nothing was too much trouble for her throughout the buying process, and still continues to take an active interest in our well-being. It was a pleasure giving her all my money!

I think one star is too much. People on this site are lovely however The state of the site is terrible! There should be roads down each field to get access to the caravan. There should be parking allowed next to your own caravan. The potholes are unsightly and dangerous. There is no play area for children. It’s just not very welcoming at all. They charge you for literally everything and anything they can.
