About Medmerry Park

Medmerry Park is a campsite in Chichester on the West Sussex coast, with direct access to The Medmerry nature reserve next door. The site has showers as its main facility.

A leisure pool is just a few minutes' walk away, making the location useful if you want to break up a stay with a swim. The Medmerry reserve itself, a 230-hectare coastal wetland, is the draw here; it's the kind of place where you can spend a morning or afternoon watching birds and walking the grazing marsh rather than heading elsewhere for the day.

We had an absolutely perfect time. We stayed for 3 nights from Friday to Monday in August. Myself, my husband and our 2 dogs. It's so dog friendly. The beach is so close. And the chalets were so spacious. The decking was massive and enclosed so the dogs couldn't escape and could enjoy being outside with us without being tethered. The agility park was so much fun and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff were genuinely lovely and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Thanks especially to Lorraine and Anthony, you 2 made us feel very welcome so thank you and we can't wait to come back!☺️

Excellent!! It is perfect for dogs. Only thing I would want is private secure grass area instead of decking. Food in the pub is fantastic, a must try. We loved the activities on offer too. We booked an extra night on to our stay it was that good!! Other note is to be aware that the shop has very limited supplies so only the basics are available.

A perfect peaceful retreat with access to beach via a path .Helpful and very friendly staff.Very clean and newer updated chalet/bungalows. Small waterways and ponds with varies ducks on site too.Perfect for dog owners, dogs are well catered for with dog bed and bowls in chalets.Large designated dog exercise areas too. Lovely comfortable beds clean white towels and bed linen. I can't wait to go again 😁

A dog friendly break, we stayed in a luxury chalet which was well equipped with all home comforts. Where our chalet was located it was lovely and quiet. When they say dog friendly this site actually is two big dog exercise areas, a dog agility course which was good fun for our two beagles. A warm welcome in the restaurant for us all with dog treats galore.
