Just spent a week here with our 3 kids. After reading some of the reviews we were abit skeptical but were pleasantly surprised. All the staff we encountered were very caring and friendly. The entertainment for the kids was brilliant and not too jam packed so they had time to chill. Resturant food was ok and suited the pricing. Caravans and the park were clean and tidy. Swimming pools were fab. Park was good for the kids. Only thing i would say as a negative was there wasn't much cooking supplies in the caravan. We had 1 tiny saucepan and 1 small tray for oven. No frying pan. Riverside is a brilliant place very family orientated and Oliver in the arcade and Declan the entertainer went above and beyond to make our kids feel special which was lovely. The site wasnt busy which really helped our 2 kids with SEN and no need to do the dreaded prebook of activities like butlins or haven. We would definitely return in the future. Thank you

Doors would not closed, doors falling apart. Fridge and cooker filthy Windows shut but not properly as the cold came through, there was a gap!! Caravan outside was filthy Shower head holder fell off when moved it in the shower The swimming pools are dirty The park is very dead,no life in it at all Bedding dirty with blood on it Smell of sewage was horrible when turned taps or shower on. Dust on the window seal and units. Outside caravan was disgustingly also Cleaners need an improvement I did complain to the customer park they told me to go to sun holidays, the lady on reception wasn’t to bothered about the situation and was quite rude when I spoke to her. She told me I should of told them when I arrived and could have been fixed, the doors were held together by blue tack and either way the caravan she have been ready for me and my family to go into upon arrival. The caravan should not of been given to me in this state. Further more paid £40 for wrist bands to go swimming and the pool was filthy so went once and never again. This site is a joke and really not fit for any holiday. AVOID!!!!

First time at the riverside. Friendly staff at check in. Caravan was a good size. Musty smell in there. Saturday entertainment in the clubhouse was good. Drinks are over priced for this place. On the Sunday it was empty, the club, arcade etc was closed before 21.30. When it's warm the Caravan is warm but when it's cold it's freezing. The decor is a bit outdated but not a problem. It was a good experience.

The Receptionist Annie was brilliant informative and friendly and helpful. The caravan is well loved so worn in places but all worked perfectly. Could do with a lot deeper clean around the van though few nooks and cranies were quite messy and not a lot of hanging spaces we found but we found a way around it ( suction cup hooks ) did the trick! Neat little clubhouse, bingo, live music, arcades, soft play area, didn't do swimming or laundry, so can't comment on that aspect. Adventure playground near the clubhouse and a large green with goal net, to score a penalty ...or not ;) Sainsbury's is just a walk for about 8-9 mins as is Tescos, so ideal for extra bits you may need and fuel for your wheels at the time of writing was 1.57 per litre for four star petrol. The Riverside Caravan Park is very central to Bognor Regis seafront pier shops etc, Arundel Castle and WWT Wetlands reserve, Worthing, Littlehampton and Chichester too. Fontwell Park is close by too if you fancy a flutter on the gee gees! Overall we had a great stay and it was ideal for our needs for this area.
