Holly House

Holly House is a village property in Pooley Bridge with five en-suite bedrooms, suitable for families and larger groups needing proper separation. It sleeps ten across five rooms: one double, three kingsize doubles and a twin, each with its own shower room or bath. The whole house is yours alone, with a kitchen equipped for self-catering, a sitting room with entertainment, and a dining area. Essentials including wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside, a spacious garden with seating areas and a BBQ sits to the rear with views over open fields. There is car parking on site. The house is a short walk from Pooley Bridge village itself, where you'll find a pub and local amenities, and just moments from the shore of Ullswater. The lake is known for year-round steamer services, water sports and walking routes. Penrith, a traditional market town with shops and restaurants, is 6 miles away. Children under 6 are not able to stay. Smoking is not permitted inside.
