Ryebank adventures is a fabulous place to stay for some rest and relaxation. This was our 2nd visit and It was superb once again for our large group of 12 (could easily sleep up to 22 people in all of the land pods). Everything we needed was there (just took duvets/pillows and personal items), but that being said the owner Ed was always on hand if there was anything else we required. Ed and the family were a pleasure to meet and couldnt be more attentive to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The hotub, pizza oven and bbq aswell as the abundance of open space and direct access to the llangollen canal for paddle boarding ensured there was plenty to do on site. The little extras such as blankets and games area were also a bonus, making this site perfect for some family fun. Places to visit nearby Whitchurch- 20 mins - chester- 30 mins away Castles Llangollen -50 mins away Bewilderwood Huge entertainment complex in crewe - 30 mins away, including cinema, bowling, escape rooms etc A few Local pubs including the Bhurtpore inn 5 mins away (which was amazing as recommended by Ed) Thankyou Ed and clan for an amazing time at ryebank adventures, from Steph, Jack and the rest of the group

I chose Rye Bank Adventures as a place to celebrate my 30th birthday with my friends. We had the most amazing time! Ed and Jo were wonderful hosts and looked after us so well. Ed was great to speak to in the lead up, putting us in touch with Sonic to hire kayaks (also really recommend) and giving us suggestions for local pubs, a cafe and a farm shop to supply meat and pizzas. The facilities at the site were great for our group, especially the pods, bbq, fire and hot tub. The shower and toilet took a little juggling with a large group but with slow mornings, we made it work fine. The undercover shelter was brilliant for sheltering under in the rain and for keeping things dry like our camp chairs. The scenery around camp was beautiful and so peaceful to be off grid. We made lots of memories at Rye Bank Farm and would love to return! Thank you for hosting us!

Having been to Rye Bank Adventures I can thoroughly recommend the whole experience. The three bedroom pods all comfortably sleep at least two people and even a small family. The sides of the bedroom pods pin back so you could sleep with the view you can see here, taken at sunset. The owners, Jo and Ed, are dog friendly and there’s a huge fenced-off space for safe play. The wood-fired hour tub is wonderful and we got it to a lush 39’ so easily. True to form, it rained Sunday morning, and it was great not to have the stress of taking down a wet tent! Arriving with just bedding and towels this was a dream camping experience. The kitchen pod has everything you need and the Eco bathroom pod has a great hot shower. I genuinely can’t think of anything I could add to have improved the weekend. Oh also, we took our SUP, as the site has its own access on to the canal. I’m definitely going to book again 😃
