What visitors say
Absolutely beautiful location, and just as beautiful as it was on my first stay 7 years ago. Firstly, the cleanliness is super, toilets, showers, and communal spaces are well looked after. The location is peaceful and has lovely areas to walk and explore. The tents are very inviting, well equipped and very cosy. You also get a lovely set of outdoor seating around your fire pit which is a plus. Nature is preserved here with lots of beautiful trees and surroundings including some well aged willow trees. Owned and run by a couple, I highly recommend this lovely site!

We stayed in Bay Tree Cottage at Swinford Farm. The cottage was very clean and well presented although we found it to be quite chilly and had to use the heaters provided. The location was great for travelling into Oxford City centre, we used the park and ride facilities which were good value for money with frequent services.

The best glamping we have been to yet. The facilities are impeccable, everything you could need. The extra Camp beds are very comfy as is the bed. Plenty of logs for a couple of days and a BBQ coal bag. Heater is a nice touch. The showers are second to only a spa day, hot, powerful and very clean. One fridge per two tents do plenty of space for milk and food. Hats off to the owners who have created something wonderful.

We stayed in one of the cottages - not a glamping pod . Our cottage was perfect for two people- nicely furnished and comfortable. Well equipped, with everything necessary for preparing meals. We liked the situation of the cottage - out of Oxford but an easy bus journey avoids taking the car - bus stops are very close to the cottage and offer Oxford as a destination in one direction and Witney in the other. I’m not negative points were a patchy WiFi service and there was a slight odour of damp downstairs. Not a major problem - lots of opening windows to ventilate the house. Quite a lot of guests here - so always a bit of noise - nothing major - and there is some noise from the adjacent road - but that also gives good links to Oxford, so no complaints. Lovely situation on the river Thames - very pretty outlook
