Seascape

Step into Seascape and you're in one open-plan living space that runs the full ground floor. The kitchen has everything you need to cook properly—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a combi microwave. French doors lead from the living area onto a patio where you can sit with views across to the sea. A smart TV and Blu-ray player are there if you need them, though the beach is literally across the road.

Two bedrooms, each with its own shower room. The first has a king bed; the second has a double and a single, useful if you're bringing children or another adult. There's a separate toilet as well. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. On-site parking for one car, with additional spaces available on the road outside.

Inverboyndie's sandy beach draws swimmers and surfers. Banff is a short walk away—known as one of Scotland's sunniest towns—and from there you can reach the fishing village of Whitehills, or take walks from the harbour along the coast. Macduff Marine Aquarium and Duff House are within reach. The area is part of the National Cycle Network, and there's good fishing in the River Deveron and along the coast. No smoking inside the property.
