The Studio Cottage

The Studio Cottage sits on a working farm estate beside the River Deveron, in countryside known for its quiet and wildlife. This detached cottage is yours alone, with everything on one level: a bright open-plan living area with woodburner and smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, a bedroom with a kingsize bed, and a shower room. Parking for two cars is on site. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with fuel for the wood.

The landscaped grounds have a sitting-out area, and the river runs through the estate. Those interested in fishing can arrange access to the renowned River Deveron through the nearby Avochie Estate. Beyond the immediate surroundings, a pub about a mile away offers local food, and the Rothiemay area has villages, countryside walks and historic sites to visit. No smoking inside the cottage.
