Conveniently situated for visiting Aberystwyth. Parking on site. Sam was friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and very clean. There was a large and varied selection of breakfast food, with my selection being freshly cooked to order.

Lovely welcoming host, comfortable bed and a tasty breakfast. For breakfast there was a choice of poached eggs on sourdough or croissants with tea or coffee. You could also help yourself to juice, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, and toast. There was a selection of allergy choices including gluten free available.

One night stay but everything was just as required. Both the double and twin rooms were clean and tidy. Sam and Bethan are most welcoming and did everything to make our stay as homely as possible. Breakfast was good also. Location is just outside town in a lovely secluded place. Much better than some of the in-town places we have tried in the past. Thank you and hope to see you again soon.
