About Bryn Hyfryd Campsite
Tucked into open countryside near the village of Llangefni, this small family-run site makes an excellent base for exploring every corner of Anglesey. With the Dingle nature reserve right next door and cycling trails close by, there's plenty to do locally, while the island's beaches, coastal paths and castles are all within half an hour's drive – nothing feels too far when you're pitched here.
The site itself keeps things simple but thoughtful. Kids have a secure play area, dogs get their own fenced run, and there are five wetroom-style showers plus an accessible bathroom. The open-air washing-up area and gravel pitches can feel a bit basic, and you'll want proper footwear for the facilities, but the peaceful setting and access to Anglesey's lakes, mountains and wildlife more than compensate. A solid, no-fuss choice for families and dog owners alike.

My Wife and I spent the bank holiday weekend here. Amazing location and perfect to take the dogs. We had an amazing time, the hosts were very attentive and come around to check everything was ok. Facilities clean, tidy and well maintained. Tent pitches were perfect, well mainted with electric. Great views od the mountains. The perfect get away for a weekend break, not far from the town, lovely walking routes and beaches near by.

We stayed in the pod last weekend for the perfect break with the girls sipping procecco catching up and then exploring the beautiful Anglesey views. Which were breathtaking. The pod was immaculately clean and spacious yet cozy and inviting we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities a fridge kettle toaster and plates knives forks everything we could have needed. The showers were so clean and absolutely gorgeous powerful and lovely and hot. Emma the host was super friendly and gave us tips and Recommendations on where to visit and beautiful places to eat! We had the most wonderful weekend away would highly recommended

Me and my family stayed here for the bank holiday and it was perfect , the facilities were clean and tidy, the showers were hot and powerful which was a nice bonus and the host were friendly and welcoming. Everything was close by with lovely beaches and pubs.

Spent 3 days here last week. Great location, nice and quiet. Hosts very welcoming. Wet room showers very clean and a great idea for when you have children. Plenty do with kids in and around the area. Direct access to walk around reservoir through the woods this was a bonus as did not have to walk down the road. There is small park on site this was great for my son. Will definitely be visiting again. we wish we had booked for longer.
