What visitors say
Our one night stay here was excellent. All staff were friendly & helpful. Room was very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was very clean with great shower. Prices in the bar were reasonable & the food was tasty. Breakfast was excellent. We both had the full Welsh which set us for the day. I have to say that the cleaning staff are to be especially commended, as every where was spotless. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a couple nights. Very friendly and helpful whilst booking. Blonde haired lady very welcoming and friendly and offered us tips and advice. We had an evening meal, the main was lovely. However the deserts were very overpriced and when asked for a side of ice cream for cheesecake was told no we don’t do that. The breakfast had a good selection. However the sourdough toast was very hard and difficult to eat. Also very small. Would have been nice to have option of other bread not just white sourdough. The pastries were lovely. The room was good, looked clean but felt it really needed a deep clean. Especially the fridge, it smelt awful. Lovely few campervan pitches. And the facilities for them were very good.

We stayed on the camper site next door to the pub. It was absolutely brilliant & dog friendly! Facilities were spotlessly clean including ladies & gents toilets / shower rooms. Food at the pub is very very good indeed, loved my steak! Breakfasts were also very good, my wife raved about her Eggs Royale with smoked salmon! Very friendly staff too

Come here for a cheeky night away on my own for a destress from work. It was lovely and quiet area out the way. Arrived and checked in with the lady on the bar who showed me to my room. Room was lovely and big, clean. Bed was comfy! And my life the shower was so powerful! Loved it! I had evening food which was nice. Although, I had a lie in so didn’t have the breakfast but if it’s anything like the evening meal then that would have been nice as well. Very good price for the night as well which was the big selling point for me. Would recommend and I will be popping back when I’m in the need for a night away again ☺️☺️
