Wester Auchleuchrie

Wester Auchleuchrie is a detached house in Angus sleeping up to 14 people across five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property comes with essentials covered: electricity, heating via ground source heat pump, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with initial logs for the woodburner. Three cots, three highchairs and stairgates are on hand for younger guests, and up to two dogs stay free. Private parking fits four cars on site.

The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner, patio doors onto a garden terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and breakfast bar. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a shower room complete this level. Upstairs are four more bedrooms and a further shower room and bathroom with bath; the top floor has the fifth bedroom and another shower room. Most bedrooms have kingsize beds, some with additional single or day beds for flexibility.

The enclosed garden includes a lawned area, raised terrace with furniture and a barbecue, plus a children's play area. Salmon and sea trout fishing is available on-site with a licence. The house does not accept hen or stag parties. There are sloping banks and an unfenced river in the grounds, so families with young children should be aware of this.
