Maldron Hotel Belfast Airport

Excellent services and very helpful staff. The staff Molly and Darren from the restaurant and the morning lady from the reception all were extremely helpful and flexible for adjustments. My flight got cancelled so got a chance to stay in this hotel for two nights and the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and ambiance was fantastic. It is just opposite to the Airport so all in all it was a lovely experience.

Couldn’t fault this hotel, special mention to Julie and all other staff. So welcoming from the moment you come in. Service in the restaurant was amazing as well as the food. Such a clean hotel, beds are super comfortable, and the location is great just a walk across the road to get to the airport. Takes the stress out of an early morning flight.

After my flight was cancelled, I had to stay at the hotel unexpectedly the night before an important presentation. The staff were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help me during what could have been a very stressful situation. They kindly allowed me to use a boardroom to deliver my presentation the next day, which made all the difference. Throughout the day, the team regularly checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt genuinely looked after and supported the entire time. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my situation turned a difficult experience into a very positive one. I can’t thank the staff enough and would highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service.
