Seaview comes with everything needed for self-catering: a kitchen fitted with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer; electricity, WiFi, bed linen and towels all included. The three bedrooms comprise one ground-floor suite with twin beds and ensuite shower, plus two first-floor rooms with kingsize beds. There's a family bathroom upstairs with bath and over-shower. Parking for three cars is on site, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.

The ground floor opens into a living space with sea views, and there's a patio garden outside for sitting out. Rustington village, with its restaurants, cafés and independent shops, lies within easy walking distance. Littlehampton's beaches are nearby to the west. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping up to six people comfortably.
