Sun House

The seafront location means the beach is steps away, and Bognor Regis offers the usual seaside attractions—amusements, cafes, a pier. The South Downs are within reach for walking, and Arundel Castle is a reasonable drive. Chichester's city centre, with restaurants and galleries, is also nearby for days away from the coast.

Sun House is a large detached house sleeping ten across five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor has a living room with an open fire, a separate sitting room, and a well-equipped kitchen leading to a dining area. Upstairs, four of the five bedrooms open onto balconies; two have their own bathrooms. The top floor bedroom has an ensuite shower. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, along with heating and hot water.

Outside, the main draw is the garden running down to the beach itself, with a hot tub, fire pit, summerhouse equipped with a television and fridge, and seating areas. The property has parking for four cars and an EV charging point. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The house suits families and groups rather than couples.
