The Hen House

The Hen House is a one-bedroom ground-floor lodge on the owner's grounds near Bognor Regis. Everything happens on one level: a combined living and dining area with a woodburner, an open kitchen fitted with a gas hob and dishwasher, a bedroom with a super king bed, and a shower room featuring a walk-in enclosure and heated towel rail. Two steps lead to the entrance; once inside, the layout flows simply from room to room.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the garden, which includes an enclosed patio with furniture, a fire pit, and a barbecue. A cot is available if needed. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. There is parking for one car and a bike store. The property is non-smoking.

From here, Goodwood is under seven miles away, while Chichester and Worthing lie within easy reach for a day out. Lidsey Caravan Park is nearby if you want seaside activities or walks along the coast.
