You arrive at ground floor level into a kitchen and dining space that opens into one another, making it easy to cook and eat together, then step through to a separate living room on the lower ground floor where there's a television and games. Two bedrooms sit on the main floor—one with a double bed, the other with two singles—alongside a shower room with a cubicle and recently updated finishes. Parking for two cars is on site; the garden has furniture.

What's included covers the essentials: Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels, so you arrive to a ready-made bed. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and a washing machine. The property is heated and non-smoking.
