Three bedrooms spread across two floors—two doubles and a king—sleep six, with the master bedroom featuring its own shower room. A second family bathroom serves the rest of the property. The main living space opens onto a balcony; the dining area has its own, and the master bedroom a third. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, the utility room contains a washer-dryer, and essentials including bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are covered. Underfloor heating and an electric vehicle charging point are also included.
The house sits in Shotley Gate, a small waterside settlement in Babergh. Shotley Pier is nearby, and the Marina offers access to seasonal ferries across to Harwich and Felixstowe. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is no-smoking, and parking for two cars is provided. Arrival is after 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
