On arrival the reception team were so lovely and really helpful. Our caravan was spotless and really nice. Plenty to do around the area. On site bar is superb as is the swimming pool. Will be coming back for sure.

Caravan a little tired,it was a platinum but didn't deliver, cupboard doors didn't shut properly. Facilities poor drinks very expensive, don't leave Caravan doors open on balcony seagulls walk straight in,a lot of the caravans are lived in most of the year,they feed the seagulls so they are not scared of humans

We had a lovely mid week break here in an accessible caravan. The staff were all very helpful and everything was clean. Lots of things to do along the seafront and an hourly bus service into town

The accommodation was clean and the staff were all very friendly. Club house was also welcoming and the food was very nice. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that we had a faulty socket in the main bedroom that tripped the electric. I reported it at reception as urgent due to the fact we had to get ready for a wedding. Fortunately I found the Consumer unit in the wardrobe and reset the trip. When leaving for the wedding approximately 2.5 hours later with no sign of maintenance, we popped back to reception to report that nobody turned up. I was told " sorry its Saturday and they're probably busy ". This aside is would still recommend 👌
