I live abroad and came home for a visit with my children. I decided to come to Bangor pool Thursday 13.3.26 @ 3pm to find out the slide area is closed weekdays. So we went to the normal pool to not disappoint the kids. So I had to purchase arm bads for both girls costing £18 The changing facilities were not clean and smelled like urine. The pool was cold so my 2 year old only stayed in for 5 mins as she was freezing. My 3 year old stayed in for 30mins as she was cold also. When I brought her out to get heated up in the shower the water in the showers was cold. I let a memeber of staff know. He didn't seem overly surprised. Rather disappointed.

Recently done a yoga class at Aurora and it was excellent. I’ve also done a few of the virtual sessions like breath-work and mobility which are surprisingly good. Only downside is not many people go to the virtual sessions and I enjoy an atmosphere and potential to meet likeminded people.

Great spot for leisure swimming , loads of classes , courses and clinics. Soft play available, gymnastics classes and martial arts. A wee cafe with tasty hot food. Cleans and spacious changing rooms

You’ve got a bright pool area, a well-equipped gym, and a soft play space where you stay with the kids. After your session—whether swimming or working out—there’s also somewhere on-site to grab a coffee or snack, making it easy to wind down or refuel before you head out. It’s a well-rounded, family-friendly spot!
