What visitors say
This is part of the site which includes the Wedgwood museum, factory tours, tea room and also access to Lunar restaurant and Six Towns gin distillery and shop. The outlet sells Waterford crystal and Wedgwood crockery from reasonable prices to around £25000 for a hand finished vase. Well worth a visit, especially if combined with afternoon tea there.

I recently visited Wedgewood with my mum, son, and daughter. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety. The main reason I wanted to leave a positive review is because of Santa. We visited last year, and it was so lovely to see the same Santa again this year. He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly understanding and patient with my autistic son. My son was over the moon to see him again. We never felt rushed, and the whole experience was truly wonderful.

Spent a delightful few hours here while my husband was in Stoke hospital cardiology dept. The shop and museum are wonderful, everything is so beautifully presented. Couldn't fault Penny who took me on a factory tour which was very interesting indeed. Had a lovely lunch in the tea room and the kind staff didn't charge me due to my circumstances. Would love to visit again.

Went with my family to the outlet and had a fantastic experience. Julie and Rachael really helped us and were showing us around the different items they have available. My 3 daughters enjoyed it too.
