Bath lies just nine miles away, and from this part of Somerset you can reach Bristol, Wells, Glastonbury and the Mendip Hills within an easy drive. The area is threaded with public footpaths—one takes you through Greyfield's Wood, a Woodland Trust site with a hidden waterfall, while another leads toward Timsbury with views across rolling farmland. Little Orchard itself stands on the edge of a village with a pub and shop within walking distance.
The cottage has three bedrooms (one king, one king, two singles) and two bathrooms spread across two floors. The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview television, and a kitchen and dining space with a full range of appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, opening onto the garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, and there is private parking for two cars on site. The rear garden is lawned with a patio and furniture; it backs onto the owner's orchard and has a bike store. An electric car charging point is available. The property is non-smoking.
Six guests can stay here comfortably. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided for families with young children. There are steps both to the entrance and within the garden itself.
