What visitors say
Such a beautiful camping setting, natural swimming, live music, food trucks but best of all plenty of space in the fields for camping so you can choose to camp in quiet spots right by the trees or river. The staff were amazing, big shout out to Rob. With two children under three years old we felt it was the perfect getaway for a young family still looking for a fun bank holiday! Thank you Wild Canvas we will definitely return!

I had a fantastic stay with my son at this campsite, its set right on a beautiful river and the whole place had a lovely laid back feeling. There are lots of activities some free and some you pay for, everyone involved was welcoming and inclusive of all. You can take your own equipment and use the river as you like which was not too fast flowing so felt quite safe. There was music in the evening and loads going on such as a camp fire for marshmallow roasting and a bar that was reasonably priced. The only improvements really needs to be around the shower and toilet facilities, which i am sure they are aware of. The toilets / showers are portaloo and they did get over full at one point durring our stay, the one by the bar needs cleaning more often as this got a bit grim. If you stay in the far field you have a long walk for a shower, really they need to build some proper shower and toilet blocks in all three fields. We had a really lovely stay at this site and the toilet situation didn't detract too much from our stay, i would definitely recommend it and will return.

Just came back from an amazing weekend at Wild Canvas. It was in a beautiful setting with spacious pitches, so many kids activities included, a great wellness offering and right next to the river! We also really enjoyed the food, live DJs and beer on tap, meaning there was something for the whole family. A great value weekend and only over an hour from London. I think we'll be going back before the Summer ends.

My family and I stayed at the gorgeous Wild Canvas camping site last weekend, and couldn’t have dreamt of anything more idyllic. The site is so beautiful with its ancient trees and the river running through all the fields. We especially enjoyed the sauna. You can sit inside and enjoying the view of the river. Great vibes at the bar, they even have a great local beer on draft Thanks for a great experience.
