Upstairs, the double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) connects to a shower room with a cubicle shower. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are all included; heating is gas central. One dog stays free, and smoking is not permitted.
The cottage sits just off Olney's High Street in a location that works well for walkers—the River Great Ouse is within easy reach, and Emberton Country Park with its lakes and woodland is nearby. Independent shops, cafés and pubs cluster around the town centre. A public car park lies 200 yards away. From here, Milton Keynes is roughly 15 minutes by car, giving access to Bletchley Park and the shopping centre; Woburn Safari Park and various National Trust houses are within 40 minutes' drive. Your private patio at the front offers a quieter spot away from the bustle, with garden furniture already in place.
