Lovely leisure centre, clean, especially the swimming pool and the two amazing saunas.Staff is very helpful and I want to thank Roisin for her professionalism and kindness. I truly recommend this venue for relaxing time. I can't wait every day to go there to enjoy and relax myself. Keep doing the great job guys, you are simply amazing staff .

I have been swimming in this place years ago and it was lovely and clean. There always was any domestic staff. Last years this place changed completely. The same dirt in the same places for months, the same hair and lately even poo on the floor. Sadly I must say-disgusting. Staff (swiming teachers and others) is lovely and friendly but this is not they responsibility (I guess) to keep this place clean. No cleaning staff any more in Grove. January 2023 Glad to say that cleaning really improved since my last post🙂

It's a great and innovative idea having everything under the one roof- I know there are six other centres in Belfast. Receptionists in the leisure centre and treatment centre are very friendly. Building is well planned out and I have had nothing but great treatment at the medical part of the centre. Staff are friendly and very professional. However big one gripe I have is the cleanliness of the swimming pool, especially the changing rooms and showers. It really lets the place down and it is such a basic thing to have sorted. Unfortunately I have had this experience with better gym before. Lockers, and the floors in the changing cubicles and showers weren't clean. I know the actual treatment centre shuts at 5pm but have noticed that the Cafe closes very early even with the leisure centre being open until close to ten. Maybe they have found that there isn't much point having it open after a certain time but it would be good for leisure centre users to possibly have extended hours.
