About George Hotel Wetherspoon
Rooms at the George Hotel Wetherspoon come with en-suite bathrooms as standard, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. Each room is fitted with the practical basics you need for a straightforward overnight stay, and accessible rooms are also on offer for guests who require them. Free WiFi runs throughout, so staying connected is no trouble.
Downstairs, the on-site restaurant and bar serve the food and drink you would expect from a Wetherspoon pub, with breakfast available to set guests up for the day. There's a garden and outdoor seating area too, handy for a quieter drink away from the bar, and drinks can be brought up to your room if you'd rather stay in for the evening.
The hotel sits on Load Street in Bewdley, Worcestershire, putting guests within easy reach of other local pubs, bars and restaurants. The surrounding area suits walkers and cyclists, and there's golf and fishing nearby for those wanting to fill a day outdoors. It's a no-frills base for exploring the town rather than a destination in itself.
