Blackburn sits in East Lancashire surrounded by countryside that draws walkers and cyclists. The town itself has a cathedral, a museum focusing on local history and art, and shopping around The Mall. Spring Gardens is a detached house on the edge of this landscape, backing onto a garden with seating.
Inside there are three bedrooms: a super king on the ground floor with its own bathroom, and two doubles upstairs served by a family bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom has a television. The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen and living space with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. A separate lounge provides quieter space. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The driveway accommodates three cars.
The house sleeps six and welcomes one dog free of charge. It is non-smoking throughout. Games and toys are on hand for families, and both guests and their dog receive welcome baskets on arrival.
