Had a one night stay between Christmas and new year the room was fine warm clean and comfortable, shower cubicle was very small and the toilet bowl definitely needed some cleaning with black marks that looked terrible. The breakfast was good with excellent variety (tea cups were tiny) however the thing that really let this property down was the fact that our room was situated directly above the entertainment space ! We had the pleasure of extremely loud music to 12:30 we would have asked to move to a quieter room had any reception staff been available!!!! Even a word of warning at check in would have been appreciated we can’t have been the first people to have this experience when I say loud we couldn’t hear the TV over the music as a distraction! In summary I would only recommend or stay again if I could be assured of a room away from the entertainment!!!
