We had an overnight stay in room 317 fully accessible room as my partner has mobility issues and uses a mobility scooter. The room was absolutely huge plenty of room to manoeuvre around and park up the scooter. The room was spotless and very well furnished and would be excellent for a wheelchair user. The wet room was enormous and once again excellently thought out. Lovely view of the sea from the window. Breakfast was very good and drink prices and food in the bar very reasonable. Very pleasant attentive staff. It is slightly out of the centre but public transport right outside or not too far to walk to the pleasure beach etc and we enjoyed the quieter location. Highly recommended we would definitely stay again excellent value for money

Stayed here for a long weekend for a kids football tournament. Rooms were clean with regular cleaning and fresh towels. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Car parking was a little tricky as the hotel was busy but staff were on hand with advice when needed. Breakfast each day was lovely and always plenty food available. Drinks were sensibly priced. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to the pleasure beach and south pier which makes it a prime spot. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A modern and well-maintained hotel in a great seafront location. The building is clean, comfortable, and offers easy access to Blackpool’s attractions and promenade.There is two car parks at the rear, just remember to enter your car reg at reception. A pleasant place to stay if you’re visiting the area

Great, friendly service from reception staff. Free breakfast was a great touch and had a good variety (can get a bit busy towards 10am, but was well stocked and we were able to get a table). There was free parking to the front of the hotel or paid parking available at the back. Rooms were clean and overall very good. Location is good, not too busy and the seaside is just opposite the hotel. Would recommend.
