Amazing! I can’t rate this place high enough! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! We have been to Blackpool and stayed a lot of places and always feel slightly let down by how run down they are. However this place was spotless and very modern. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a large living/dining area a beautiful modern apartment with super comfy beds and everything was spotless. Can’t wait to come back again. Lee was super helpful via email/text and we were also greeted by a lovely lady who helped us up to our room. I would not book anywhere else now. Thank you so much guys!!!! Love all the Irvine’s ❤️

Great place to be close to everything you could possibly want, piers, shops, amusements and the Tower of course!! Tram just across street, it was every 12 minutes, also front of shore! Amazing.. The apartment itself was very nice, ( alot of white) had everything you'd need, the owner even had their own WiFi for the smart TV in each room. Fully working kitchen with microwave and fridge which had bottled water upon arrival, tea etc with kettle. The sofa beds were very spacious and the bedding comfortable, the main bedroom was again very nice, not much storage for clothing in the open front wardrobe though. Only downfall for us was how cold it was there at this time of year, the rooms had only one very small slimline electric radiator which was on timers, wouldn't turn on for me any other time, if we had been staying longer than a couple of days I'm certain the owner would have rectified this very quickly as he was a lovely man and gave us a mobile number for direct contact. Our apartment was right next to the main entrance and unfortunately was quite echoing from the hall when anyone came in talking or such, you could hear the whole conversation, the front door to the building was also left to slam shut at many different hours of the night. Maybe a polite notice in the main entrance to advise of respecting other tenants staying there? As it is advertised as long term stays available. We would stay again as it's in a prime location and well looked after. Parking is also right outside the building for a minimum £10 per stay.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay. Absolutely delighted, the apartment was very modern and spotless. Dealt with Richard who was very helpful. It's in a great position very close to pleasure beach. Would definitely recommend and whenever we visit Blackpool again we will be staying here! Fantastic value for money!!
