Made reservation on line. After travelling 3 hours to this hotel. The owner told us we didn't have a booking. We had confirmation and reservation number. We also got charged £80. After a 3 hour drive and being told we didn't have a booking or they had no availability is disgusting. It seems as though they are taking people money and not giving rooms. My advice stay away from this place !!

Didn’t get to stay here. When I arrived guys said hotel had changed ownership and my booking had not been confirmed. Have to get on too Booking.Com for a refund. Not happy

Absolutely disgusting hotel decor was old and delapitated the horrid smell of putuli oil was clear the hygiene wasn't up to standard carpets stained no heating parking was £15 per night when ncp car park was only £9.95 per night no lobby no bar no breakfast would never return to this place again avoid at all costs, moved to the the big blue hotel across the road 100 percent better
