What an outstanding little guesthouse this is! We stayed here over the weekend and the room, and host was absolutely exceptional. Mark the owner made sure our room was clean, and very well serviced. A stones throw from south pier and lots of local amenities. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner, a very warm welcome upon arrival, and amazing service. Excellent value for money, I would highly recommend this guesthouse time and time again. We’ll be booking again this year! Well done mark!

This is an awesome little Guesthouse. Mark the host was amazing, the housekeeping was done daily and the amenities were restocked daily also. Location is a 5 min ride away. Rooms clean and comfortable. Private bathrooms. I will definitely be going again xx

We've just got home from a fantastic stay in this beautiful guest house. Mark is a superb host. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was immaculately clean, warm, comfortable, and contained everything we could have possibly needed. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate, sugar, milk & biscuits. A kettle, fridge, iron & full sized board, toiletry items, and even a pot of washing powder. And the blackout curtains are an absolute bonus! Its only a short walk from the promenade, but is nice & quiet. We will definitely be returning, and would highly recommend this treasure to others.

Absolutely fab guest house...spotless clean..friendly host x just got back from another stay at lynmoore...I wouldn't stay anywhere else now...spotless clean..towels changed daily...tea sugar and coffee plus biscuits are replenished daily too...added bonus of free parking...highly recommended..
