About Morrisy House

Blackpool draws visitors for its seafront attractions and lively town centre, and Dean Street puts Morrisy House within easy reach of it all, with Blackpool Tower nearby and Blackpool South station about a quarter of a mile away. The traditional townhouse setting gives the place a settled, homely character rather than a corporate feel.

There are 13 rooms at Morrisy House, kept relaxed and comfortable, with free WiFi throughout. A cooked breakfast is included, and the on-site bar offers somewhere to unwind in the evening without heading back out. Reception operates around the clock, and luggage storage is available for those arriving early or leaving late.

Free on-site parking is a practical bonus for anyone driving to Blackpool, saving the hunt for street parking in a busy resort town. With the seafront, tower and station all within easy distance, Morrisy House works well as a straightforward base for exploring the town on foot.

We spent 3 nights at Morrissy House and would have happily stayed longer! Leigh and Sue were so helpful and welcoming - they even gave my partner a card for his birthday! The room was comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. I enjoyed learning more about Blackpool's landmarks and history from the display in the entrance hall. Location is ideal for enjoying the pleasure beach and sand castle, and it's easy to get to other parts of town. Thank you Leigh and Sue!

What a wonderful hotel! Leigh & Sue were perfect hosts and very knowledgable about the area and surroundings. They were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness was second to none. Thank you for perfect weekend away.

Had a really nice time hear. The hosts Leigh & Sue are so welcoming & friendly. They gave me lots of information on how I could make my visit to Blackpool more enjoyable. My room was very comfortable & is themed on Stanleys Park. I had a lovely day in Cleveleys and enjoyed the tram ride. Food is reasonable priced and delicious. You can’t beat fish & chips in Blackpool.

I cannot relay just how amazing and welcoming it was to stay at Morrisy House Hotel. Sue and Leigh truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing short family break. After originally planning to stay on the Friday and Saturday night our plans had to change due to engine problems as we left on the Friday afternoon. We got in touch with the hotel and nothing was a problem for them. They explained we would be able to check in early on the Saturday morning and we extended our stay to the Sunday night so we still managed to do everything we had planned. Sue and Leigh could not do enough and were genuinely willing to make sure we had the great time we had planned. We are already working out the dates for our next stay and will choose a slot when Morrisy House Hotel is available.
