Just back from staying here for 2 nights in a triple room, room was very clean and tidy was welcomed on arrival with a girl with long blonde curly hair not sure of her name but very friendly, and the poor woman was exhausted. Rooms and bathroom were small but enough to get your head down and get showered. Would definitely stay here again but maybe request a different room as we were at the very top so lots of stairs lol.

Keep away from this place Horrible women supposedly running this hotel (joke did nothing for 2 days) on check-she.informed us we were late., shouted at the children for stretching their legs after 3 hours journey, in the lounge told us l"lock yourself out she won't be happy" felt like knocking her out after parking again she shouted at the kids, stated the bar, not open to children on Friday night or Saturday states differently online the booking Watched the Manager from the smoking area entertaining questionable middle age men, nightly getting drunk and loud My husband later pop down to ask her about the heating, The manager began flirting with him.stated shame couldn't pop down Later screaming shouting, talking loudly while playing with some young guy, later, more adult verbal version of this Family Hotel ?? Rooms and hotel were OK The atmosphere was ruined.saving grace nice guy who lived there, called Ivan, kept meeting in smoking area ,knowledgeable, informed us of good places for us and kids to go to each that we would enjoy & we did for. He was also quick to pick up & show us the humorous side of the whole situation, made it more bearable Sincerely advise against this hotel "Not Family Hotel" other reviews regarding the same emailed the booking websites, to state this is not the case and your breaks wont be ruined hopefully this will put a stop to the guests continuously paying for this "Managers" ongoing swinging holiday !!!" It was really excellent experience to stay there. I loved the hotel room theme NYC, bedding, mirror, wall etc. The Hotel manager n staff is really very kind and generous. They gave a free 3 nights stay in their hotel to my brother in law. I would love to go there n stay again n again. The manager treated us as family members and she was very polite and her staff as well.We are very happy with there service. Thanks

Yes it's close to the sea however, I'm not even staying at this hotel and there is staff members screaming at eachother out the back door like some comedy show non stop. Maybe the maid or something? Either way all I heard all night was a Spanish lady shouting at the top of her lungs out the door. 👍
