What guests say
Seafront 419 was a perfectly acceptable base for a couple of nights in Blackpool. I had no issues whilst staying here, we had everything we needed and for a weekend stay in Blackpool every thing you would want was in walking distance. This being said the rooms themselves could do with a little tlc to elevate the hotel as a whole, I lick of paint and an update on the creaky bedframe would have been appreciated. The bar area was lovely and relaxed and a must visit for any whisky fan. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. My points are not critisms but simply areas for improvement.

As two lads born and raised in Blackpool, we’ve visited plenty of places along the seafront over the years, but this bourbon and cigar spot on the 419 Promenade genuinely stood out from the rest. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was unreal — relaxed, classy, welcoming, and exactly what you’d want from a place like this. A massive shoutout to Ryan 😄 who looked after us all night. Absolute top bloke and a huge credit to the business. His knowledge on the bourbons and whiskeys was seriously impressive, and you could tell he genuinely has a passion for what he does. He took the time to talk us through different options, gave great recommendations, and let us try a good few samples — every single one was spot on. Nothing felt rushed, everything was really accommodating, and the whole experience was just quality from start to finish. It’s rare you get staff who make such a lasting impression, but Ryan honestly made the night what it was. We’ll definitely be back again soon next time we’re down the beachfront. Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good whiskey, cigars, and proper customer service.

My daughter booked this hotel for a few family members for a 2 night stay. The location is brilliant and the view from the bar is lovely but that’s it! The rooms are very small but not to much of an issue if they were nice but they were anything but…. Absolutely disgusting, the family room my daughter was in had a wall covered in mould behind the bed.. our small double was filthy, the blind was filthy and tatty and so was the carpet which wasn’t even fitted, it was all loose and pulled up in places so you could see floor boards… some of the bedding was marked an the walls were dirty and peeling and the shower was grotty and leaked water all over bathroom. This may be a cheap budget hotel but surely certain standards should be met , never again thank you

Hotel looked good from first glance. Typical Blackpool seafront hotel. Rooms at first glance appeared clean. Nice bar area with all the American Wiskeys. But. Whoever is running it as we checked in was a mumbling and slightly rude man. Also banged on the door of our family member (young female) late at night asking if she was alone in her room. Utter creep for that and didnt have anything to say for it. Behind headboard completely covered in mould. Bathroom sealing also covered in mould. If you have any form of bad back or just want to experience having one. Have a night in there beds. Only upside of this place is the location, price doesnt justify the poor experience otherwise.
