Went there with my family and my grandad booked and came with us but my dad checked the reviews when we were already there we had a whole 5 days! There and apparently there were bad things happening now I don’t know what but my mother and father said if they had seen the reviews they would have never let us be there. And then we had rules, to never go down hallways by ourselves and we always had to put a chair in front of the door I have no clue why but me and my siblings cried every night DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Room basic. Lamp broken and had no bulb in it. Bathroom clean and basic, apart from finding flies and a spider. Urgently needs renovating and a lick of paint. Key jammed when opening the door and barrel moved when doing so. Luckily I spent all day out with family, so only slept there. Sheets were clean however bed base needs replacing. You definitely get what you pay, unfortunately I was on a budget this trip. Stay here at your own peril. Area also very run down. Location excellent for Pleasure beach. That's the only positive.

Only good thing going about this hotel is the location, short walk to promenade and pleasure beach etc as well as a 24hr access car park (£10) just across the road. However the room was dirty, no toilet roll or hand wash & the tv didn’t work, not to forget to mention the fact the ceiling was caving in and leaking of the rain water from outside . Receptionist did move us rooms however wasn’t much better only difference was the ceiling in one piece in return of a swarm of flies on the windowsill. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t return. Ended up payin £130 & booking into the travelodge

Perfect if you like stains on the carpets, walls, ceiling and stains on top of stains. If you like Union Bears sticker on all the furniture then it's ideal. Carpets are a wee bit sticky. The air con can dry your throat after a few days
