About The Sandhurst Hotel
An in-house Indian restaurant is one of the more unexpected features at The Sandhurst Hotel, a Victorian townhouse hotel in Blackpool offering breakfast each morning alongside its evening menu. Guests can also make use of a garden with outdoor seating, a pleasant spot to sit out when the weather allows, and drinks can be brought straight to the room.
Rooms are kept simple and functional, with en-suite bathrooms, family rooms for those travelling with children, and free WiFi throughout. Reception operates around the clock, so arrival times are flexible. The building's period character comes through in its townhouse setting, though the rooms themselves are basic rather than plush, which suits guests after no-frills accommodation over added luxury.
The hotel is well placed for exploring Blackpool, with Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens both within easy reach, and parking is available on site for those arriving by car. The surrounding area also offers pubs, restaurants, golf, fishing, cycling and walking routes, along with watersports and entertainment nearby, making it a practical base for a seaside stay.
What guests say
The room was pretty basic I’m not even going to lie. The whole place could do with refurb But…. It was an extremely welcoming place, really welcoming hosts, very family friendly hosts and place.

Only stayed for the night but the owner is so polite and accommodated us quite quickly. Booked through booking.com 15 minutes before we arrived and he was quick to make sure we had everything we need. Only problem i had was with the toilet in room one, after we flushed it made a loud screeching noise which lasted 1-2 minutes and had minimal choice in the tv but other than that it was warm and cozy.

For the price... perfect. No thrills, but clean and comfortable. Idea location and great stuff. Even wanted to take our bags for us. Definitely recommend amd if we come to Blackpool again, we would stay there forsure

Would probably give zero if possible. Tiny room on the top floor. In urgent need of refurbishment. Cracked sink, tiny shower/toilet. Room was cold. Uncomfortable bed and tiny duvet kept slipping off resulting in worst night's sleep I've ever had. Very weak WiFi. Advertised toiletries supplied but all there was was hand wash. I'd find it hard to come across anywhere worse, even in Blackpool. Avoid.
