Review of Northfield Holiday Park We stayed here during the Easter holidays and unfortunately were very disappointed with our experience. The caravan we were given was very old, extremely small, and felt cramped for a family of four. It clearly needs replacing rather than being rented out in its current condition. There were multiple issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The shower was not working properly — the switch between tap and shower was broken, and the water pressure was extremely weak. The kitchen was also not clean: out of four mugs, two were dirty, the frying pan was greasy with leftover food, and the cooker was covered in oil. The extractor fan had visible cobwebs. What shocked us the most was that pots and pans were stored under the sink together with cleaning tools like a dustpan and brush, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. There was also not enough kitchen equipment for a family — no large pot to cook basic meals. During a windy night, the caravan felt very unstable — doors were moving, walls were shaking, and the noise made it impossible to sleep. Sound insulation is practically non-existent. The sofa near the dining table was broken, with the seat collapsing when sitting on it. There were also not enough power sockets in the bedrooms to charge devices. Another basic issue — no toilet paper was provided on arrival. After a long journey, this is something you simply expect as a minimum. Because of all these issues and overall disappointment, we decided to cut our stay short and leave one day earlier than planned. The only positive point was clean bedding. Overall, I cannot recommend this place. The caravan we stayed in is in urgent need of replacement, and the general standard does not meet expectations for a holiday stay.

Sadly home after 3rd year staying at my happy place, Northfield, back in September and booked for next year. Small site, nothing commercial, just peace and relaxing place, I love it. Andrew and Caroline always on hand and will do anything to help. My little dog always welcomed to. Thank you guys keep doing what you do don't change anything xxx

We have stayed twice this year already! In both chalets, they were both beautiful, clean, warm and cosy! Beautiful views and the owners Caroline and Andrew couldn’t do enough for us! The site is small so easy enough to find anything we needed with ease, will definitely stay again!🩷 thank you for your amazing service x

Had a great stay at Northfields Holiday Park. The park is clean, peaceful, and in a lovely location with amazing views. The owners were fantastic—really friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!
