Stayed here a few times and always had a warm and friendly welcome. Stayed in all the different rooms and they are always clean. The view is stunning. Stayed winter, spring and now summer. Breakfast is fabulous and cooked to perfection. A great place to stay to explore Aberystwyth and if like us your child is in the university here. Will be back even after our child finishes.

Just got back from a lovely 2 night stay in this beautiful part of Wales. Shan the owner was so friendly and welcoming. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable and a short drive to Aberystwyth town centre. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful bed and breakfast owned by a lovely lady (Shan). We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Shan went above and beyond to help us and make our stay comfortable. The house is in a quiet village surrounded by fields. Lovely view from our room. Huge cooked breakfast! You need a car to stay here really as there are only a few buses a day into Aber. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shan (and Phil)!
