Orchard Retreat

Boston sits between the Fens and the coast, close enough to Skegness for a seaside day trip but far enough inland to feel quietly removed. Orchard Retreat is a ground-floor lodge that makes the most of this setting. Two bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, sleep four people. One small dog can stay free. The property is yours alone, with its own parking for two cars.

Inside, the living and dining space has a smart TV and an electric woodburner. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are covered. The real draw, though, is what lies beyond: a private hot tub for four people, a sauna in the sun room, and an enclosed garden with seating, an ice bath available on request, and a fire pit. The garden has a step down to the rear area. Children under 16 are not accommodated; smoking is not permitted.

The nearby market towns of Spalding and Boston offer restaurants, shops and cafés. Nature reserves at Frampton RSPB and Gibraltar Point are within ten minutes by car, both good for walks and wildlife spotting. Hunstanton and major cities lie within an hour's drive.
