New Sea Breeze

New Sea Breeze is a first-floor apartment where the south balcony becomes the heart of the place. It overlooks the water directly, and that view carries through to both bedrooms as well. The open-plan living space opens onto this balcony through French doors, creating the kind of setup where you can keep an eye on the beach while cooking or simply watch the light change across the water through the day.

The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms. The first has a zip-and-link super king (which can be configured as two singles), an ensuite with shower, and a freeview TV. The second is a standard kingsize bed. A second full bathroom serves the rest of the space. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer all included. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are provided. There's secure parking for one car and a bike store on site; an electric car charging point is available by arrangement with the owner.

Southbourne's independent shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. Christchurch with its priory and riverside walks is a short drive, as is the New Forest. The apartment is non-smoking.
