Victoria Cottage is a four-bedroom house on the edge of Mudeford Harbour, sleeping up to eight guests across two bathrooms. The gated garden contains a slipway that leads directly down to the water—a rare feature for a holiday property. The whole place is yours alone, with private parking for three cars and an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture.
The layout spreads across two floors. Ground level holds a living room with Smart TV, separate dining room with French doors to the terrace, kitchen fitted with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, plus two separate toilets. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one with a 7ft emperor bed, two with 5ft kingsize beds and Smart TVs, and one with a 4ft 6in double bed and Smart TV. One bathroom has a bath with shower; the other is a walk-in shower room. Both have heated towel rails. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included.
The terrace faces south and looks out toward the harbour. This suits groups or families wanting a substantial base within walking distance of the Nelson Tavern and the recreation ground. No smoking throughout the property. Check-in is after 4pm; check-out before 10am. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

What guests say
Very nice period cottage close to the sea and beach in Mudeford. The place has lots of space to spread out with a large conservatory and separate sitting room. The kitchen is large but a little old fashioned with the old pine units. Bedrooms have plenty of space for all guests. The stairs are relatively narrow with a turn at the top, so not easy for those with mobility issues. The garden is very large so lots of space for children to play games if needed. There is parking on the drive for 3 cars at a squeeze, or unlimited on road parking just round the corner. There is access to the harbour from the end of the garden, where small boats or kayaks can be launched. The closest beach is Avon Beach with parking there, or it is walkable from the house.
